A bakery and deli based in Tralee, Co. Kerry, The Gluten Free Kitchen Company owners Doireann Barrett and John Seymour are as ambitious for their business as they are for their product range.
Their brown bread won a gold in the Great Taste Awards in the overall bread category, proof that gluten-free bread can taste as good as any other. Their range includes sweet and savoury items and, of course, their chocoholics brownie.
