GOURMET FISHING TRIP. Catch and eat your own Sashimi and Ceviche arounds the Islands of Derrynane Bay. Join Skipper John Fitzgerald on his boat  “The Red Monk” at Derrynane harbour and voyage to the nearby Islands. Johns mission is to catch and enjoy a fish feast. The first catch will be filleted and sliced into chilled citrus Ceviche mix where it will sit while they land their first course. The next catch will be prepared and sliced to give the worlds freshest Sashimi to be enjoyed with Wasabi, Ginger and Shoyu. One will then land on one of the Islands or eat bounty on board, washed down with a bottle of our Elder-flower champagne or a refreshing Water Kefir. Last but not least one can catch some fish to take ashore.
