Bácús owner Orla Gowen crafts bread from the finest natural ingredients every day and hand-finishes every bread in the traditional way with love and care. Orla sources specialist flour for each individual bread and uses fresh ingredients, avoiding preservatives and additives. She sells her European and Irish breads, from a crusty baguette to a traditional brown loaf, to retailers and restaurants. You’ll also find Bácús at their stall at the Tralee Farmer’s Market and their bakery in Cloghane at the foot of Mount Brandon. Make sure to ask for a Brandon Boule!
