The Kerry Cocktail is made with Dingle Gin, Full Circle Cordial, Ring of Kerry Apple Juice and Killarney Devil’s Helles Beer.
You’ll need a 300ml long beer glass and to make each cocktail separately.
Serves 1 (multiplies easily)
Ingredients
15ml dark rum
15ml Dingle Gin
20ml Full Circle Cordial (any flavour)
50ml Ring of Kerry Apple Juice
Ice cubes
150m Killarney Devil’s Helles Beer
Method
- Shake all the ingredients, except the beer, in a cocktail shaker or add to a large jug and stir well. Pour into a long glass and top up with beer.
