Harty's Original Savoury Jellies were created by Kerry local Melanie Harty when she identified a gap in the market for the kind of savoury hot jelly that she enjoyed when she lived in the US. She couldn't find them on the shelf in Ireland so she created her own.
CAMO'S famous restaurant in Caherciveen, Co. Kerry is a landmark stop for travellers on the Ring of Kerry route. Their Honey and Mustard house dressing became so popular that they quite literally bottled it!
Marie Charland, a French Canadian who came to Ireland 16 years ago, met her husband Fergal Murphy while pouring a pint for him in his local. Together they have created a little food industry between them.
