Made by Mai and Tomás O’Bruic, the Dingle Farmhouse product range includes a semi-hard cow and goat’s cheese made in summer from the milk from their pure-bred Friesian herd and Saanen goats.
They sell their cheese locally in food markets, shops and restaurants.
They also produce real milk, cream, buttermilk and a cream cheese in both plain and flavoured varieties.
