Harry and Ann Perry set up their business in 2012 and were motivated by a passion for food and the flexibility of retirement that allowed them the time neccessary to pursue their interest.
They use local products including Valentia Island Cream & Natural Yogurt, Daly’s Seafood (smoked salmon and mackerel) and chicken livers, pork and bacon from Scarriff Meats in their products. Their research into old family recipes and use of top quality ingredients create a taste that is immediately recognisable as a Skellig Pantry product.
