Kennedy’s butchers in Dingle run by craft butcher Jerry Kennedy (and previously by two generations before him) is famous for selling the artisan beef from the Dingle Peninsula and pré-salé mountain lamb from the Blasket Islands (though you need to be quick as it is in short supply and has a short season).
His butcher’s shop has been voted one of the 10 best butchers in Ireland by Georgina Campbell’s Ireland Guide.
