Chef John Harty crafts up to 30 varieties of fudge, freshly-made from Irish cream and butter from his base in Tralee. From Raspberry Ripple to Lemon and Lime, Chocolate and Orange to Chocolate Mint, there is a fudge bar for every occasion and every mood.

He is a regular at food markets in Kerry, at the National Crafts and Design Fair in Dublin and has appeared at Bloom in Dublin, appropriate when you see that his fudge contains every colour in the rainbow.
