The Dingle Distillery is an artisan company dedicated to bringing back the tradition of independent distilling in Ireland.
They make a pure pot-stilled malt whiskey from the finest malted barley, then store it in casks to mature. You need patience to make a good whiskey so while they are waiting for the whiskey, these prodigious people make an exceptionally pure quintuple-distilled vodka; that is it goes through 5 distillations that no doubt enhances its creamy and slighty sweet taste on the palate.
Dingle Gin is an artisan gin flavoured and scented with Kerry botanicals which are foraged locally: rowan berry from the mountain ash trees, fuchsia, abog myrtle, hawthorn and heather for a taste of the Kerry landscape. The gin is cut with water from the Dingle Distillery well.
