As a special Christmas gift, Ildiko converted her traditional family recipe to gluten free so her coeliac friends could also enjoy it.  As a result, due to high demand, Wellness Baking Listowel was established in 2011 to bring top quality Gluten Free baked goods to a wider audience.  Today three generations of her family work to bring the very best tasting gluten free products around. Three time winner of Great Taste Awards, most recently awarded a Great Taste Award for her Gluten Free Coconut and Pumpkin Bake.
